Cutmaster Electric

The Cutmaster Elektro has been specially developed for use in cross-cutting devices, saw-splitting automatons and bundle saws.

Due to the wide selection of bar lengths (54cm to 135cm), the Cutmaster Elektro is very versatile. The chain is tensioned by an adjusting screw and lubricated by the integrated lubrication system.

Another special feature of the Cutmaster Elektro is that the motor and the pivoting system are precisely aligned on one axis. This means the motor does not move during the sawing process and the cables are not moved back and forth.

The saw is available with powerful electric motors in three different sizes.

Motor Sizes

• 5 KW (recommended for log diameters up to 50cm)
• 7.5 KW (recommended for log diameters up to 75cm)
• 11 KW (recommended for log diameters up to 120cm)

At the standard mains frequency of 50Hz, the saw has a cutting speed of approx. 20 m/s. If this is not enough for you, you can further increase the speed (and thus the cutting speed) with a frequency converter.
