Pressure Reducing Valve

The pressure reducing valve is used to adjust the pressure at the swivel cylinder without affecting the pressure for the drive motor. Together with the micro throttle valve, you can adjust the force and speed of the swivel cylinder on our Cutmaster saws. These two valves allow you to operate the motor and the cylinder with just one double-acting control valve.

Functionality:

Once the preset pressure in "reg" is reached, the valve closes the passage between P and reg to keep the pressure reg constant. If the pressure in "reg" is exceeded, it can be reduced via "T". The pressure before the valve in "P" is not affected.

Since it is a single-acting valve, it allows a free oil return from "reg" to "P".

Adjustment range from 10 to 60 bar.
