Chain Drive Sprockets

All sprockets for our Cutmaster saws have a .404" pitch and a 25 mm bore with a keyway. We offer them in various tooth counts.

12-tooth, 13-tooth, 14-tooth, 15-tooth, 16-tooth

The 14-tooth sprocket is standard in our Cutmaster Basic.

The 13-tooth sprocket is standard in our Cutmaster Speed.

The 16-tooth sprocket is standard in our Cutmaster Electric.

The chain speed depends on the motor's RPM and the size of the sprocket. The larger the sprocket, the higher the chain speed. However, increasing chain speed with a larger sprocket also reduces torque.
